Westbury Arts Call for Artists: Reflections on our Digital World
Eligibility and Submission Guidelines
Emerging and established artists must be 18 years or over and reside in the U.S.
Original creative works to be considered can be either 2- or 3-dimensional no larger than 36” on any side (including frame). If two dimensional, it must be securely wired to hang.
3-D works may be limited by our ability to properly display them. Artwork that does not adhere to requirements will not be exhibited.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
All entry submission information must be included. Judging for 2-D and 3-D works will be done entirely from JPEGs or PNGs. Each image must, IMPORTANTLY, be labeled with your name and title of the work . No other formats will be accepted. The maximum file size for any individual image is 100 MB. Your completion of the entry form will serve as your acceptance by in of the terms and conditions stated herein. All decisions will be final.
DEADLINES AND IMPORTANT DATES:•Entries must be submitted online before 11:59 PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2026•Acceptance notification sent to artists by Friday, May 1, 2026•Artwork Delivery at 255 Schenck Ave., Westbury, – Thursday May 7th from 12 pm to 4 pm or Friday May 8th from 2:00 PM 6:00 PM•Opening Reception: Saturday, May 9th, 2026 at 7:00 PM•Exhibition Dates: May 9 to June 12, 2026•Pickup/Return Artwork: Friday, June 13 (2 to 6pm) or Saturday, June 14, 2026 (10 AM to 1 PM)
